Didn’t have it bed was comfy but 2 singles pushed together consequently bad dip in middle not really a king size bed x left bag in room not yet handed in left today at 10 am otherwise a lovely weekend stay

Comfy, clean hotel in a good, central location

Booked for New Year’s Eve. On arrival got charged an extra £20 each to get the gala dinner otherwise would have sat separate from festivities. Also had to pay £20 to park car even with a disabled badge. Room was very small and very draughty around the window.

The hotel was nice, a few small aesthetic issues but clean ' Bed was comfortable with quality bedding ' service was good ' Breakfast had quality food, which we appreciated. The only negative for me was the check in time is 3pm, and they were messaging us at 8am asking what time we will check out! Not cool at all! The latest check in I have ever experienced. But we still had a pleasant stay!

The breakfast menu was good however it was not fresh. It was as if it had been kept under heat lamps for hours, the fried eggs and bacon were like rubber. The mushrooms and hash browns tasted awful the beans looked like they had been boiling for hours and were congealed. So If you want a good quality breakfast find a café in the town. The bar food was very inconsistent one day it would good the next awful. The deluxe room we had was lovely. But a small fridge in room would be nice and if I was to stay there again I would ask for that room again and just eat out. In conclusion get the kitchen sorted out and this would be a very good place to stay.

The evening meal on the Friday was not very good including the peas which were hard. The breakfast was good. The rooms were tired and need updating. The Christmas decorations were very good

The hotel was perfect. Room spotless bed comfy. Amenities were great . Couldnt find fault anywhere highly recommended to anyone.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Marine Hotel; staff were friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was good. We would definitely stay again.
