Great property at the entrance to palm jumeirah, easy access, best service.

I left one thing in the bathroom a small teeth replacement inside the shower cap enveloped) and no one noticed it, so it was considered as trash. Is my fault but the maintenance supervisor mentioned that no one took any thing… but they replace another new one. I think that is a miscommunication issue, but mentioned that the employee hasn’t moved or take anything alike, invalidate the necessity for replacement.

Perfect place to visit Dubai, the Dubai Marina, Museum of the Future and the different parcs like Seaworld, Motiongate and Ferrari World!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay!

This hotel was so amazing, so beautiful , clean the restaurant was so good. Andrew the concierge was very helpful during our stay, we would definitely recommend it.

Excellent staff and service. Not the best view city side but the rooms are large with great facilities. Probably the best value for money hotel I have stayed in, in Dubai.

Good overall experience. Property is in good condition. Everything looks new so no complains.Breakfast is expensive so we didnt opt for one.

Amazing hotel apartments. Very nice open pool, kids loved it. Wished I stayed here longer. Only booked it for a day. Next time will stay longer. The best thing was the view from our rooms and it was very specious.

Amazing stay at the Avani Palm for our first trip to Dubai. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with sea view. Apartment was spotless clean with great facilities.. full kitchen and spacious lounge. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels.. staff were polite and attentive. Breakfast and evening meal options were good value as part of the package and plenty of choice provided. Hotel is in a great spot for the tram with a stop just outside the hotel..and easy transfer to the metro just a few stops away. Also monorail to the palm is just a few minutes walk away. We had a fabulous time and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We arrived in the morning after an overnight flight. Our room wasnt ready but we were offered a room to refresh if we wanted it. We were happy to sit by the pool and wait and drinks were supplied to us to cool down. After about an hour our room was ready. When we entered the room it was a WOW moment. Amazing 2 bedroomed suite with amazing views. Spent many an hour just watching all the action with boats coming in and out. We had breakfast included on our 5 night stay and they had something for everyone with an abundance of choice. Everyone at the hotel was polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble when we had a question. Tram stop 2 minutes walk from hotel and the monorail stop across to Atlantis was 5 minutes walk away. We loved Dubai as this was our first visit. We normally go to the USA and this was a totally different experience. JBR beach and the walk were amazing. The only bad experience was visiting the burj khalifa. We paid to visit yhe top and then queued for 2 and a half hours up and an hour and a half back down. Far to busy with no room at the top. Not worth the wait. If going to Dubai would recommend this hotel.
