Very clean friendly staff

This hotel was very clean, excellent food breakfast offered everything the staff was professional and very polite, pool and hot tub was perfect and property had security policy that allowed me to feel safe. Streets around property were dirty, criminal activity

New property. Amenities are clean and kept well. Staff were nice and accommodating.

I had a decent stay at the hotel. It was clean, felt modern, and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, I have to be blunt about the location. It's not in a great neighborhood, and I didn't feel safe walking around there, day or night. There were a lot of homeless individuals nearby, and it made me uncomfortable, especially after events. While the hotel itself was nice, the area really detracted from the overall experience.

Very nice hotel. Friendly, professional staff. Clean hotel with a decent, but not great, breakfast. The neighborhood it's in leaves a lot to be desired, but it is a short ride to downtown and Chase Field. I will stay there again.

The area around the hotel is sketchy at best, security is gone at 9pm, alot of transient and homeless in the area.
