They, nor Expedia, wouldn't let me cancel even though it was the week of the eclipse and they could have charge a lot more for the room.

Great location, 5min walk to beach, restaurants all around property. Bit noisy till 4am, beer sales next door.

Friendly staff at reception. Hotel located at the northern extreme of Malecón. Many restaurants nearby; located about 5km from the historic center. The cleanliness and equipment of the room was marginal (only two power sockets and two towels, one of them with a hole for a room for 4 people). It was also a little bit noisy during the night. However, I must say this was during the 2024 solar eclipse, so Mazatlán was in general very busy and San Diego was the only Hotel available when we did the reservation a few weeks before the event, so we were certainly happy to have a roof!

cleaning Ness was not the greatest. Missing towels in 1 of the rooms. the ac was not working properly, the tv was not working. not enough outlets to plug our needs. Toilet leaking water. Parking not well coordinated with hotel. Mirror light not working. light fixture hanging dangerously. towels were ripped. Rats in the parking lot. hot water taking for ever to get to our hotel section.

Extremely old. It was like being in a dungeon. There were no windows.

Very dirty. Bugs. Bathroom smells like feces.

Maybe this was just our experience but here it goes: when they say check-in is at 3:pm they mean it! We just needed the room for a short period of time (airline canceled our original flight, 12 hour delay on a new flight), staff at the front desk was a bit rude, the only nice person was a young man who was running around doing different handyman jobs. When we finally got our room, the room was almost a block away, on the side of a busy and noisy boulevard, room is small, sheet covers were old, worn out and even had some dirty stains on it (from not being washed), not a single towel to be found, we couldn't get out there fast enough! The rooms were cheap though! I guess it's true what they say, you get what you pay for.

The AC unit didn't work at all, i called front desk the lady was so rude, not good customer service. The lady in the front desk got mad at me for asking questions and asking if i may change rooms. She said that all the room had the same AC unit and they all work the same and if i wanted another room that there will be an extra charged. Didn't like it at all

no me hospede en ese hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 7 days and stayed in 3 rooms total. Each room had a problem that couldn't be fixed. One room had a ceiling fan but none of the staff knew how to turn it on. One room didn't have hot water, and the last room had water leaking from the bottom of the toilet. It's a very affordable price, but the hotel is not maintained well.

En la recepción solo duramos mucho tiempo para que nos atendieran control de la tele no servía papel higiénico pésimo cama incómoda no avía shampoo para bañarse alberca agua sucia mucha arena no tenía para agua caliente la verdad no volvería al este hotel San Diego lo único bueno muy amable las señoras de limpieza amables y buen servicio lo único bueno

Muchisimo ruido arrastran sillas golpetean paredes y piso, el personal no hace nada, poca atencion hace falta control para el aire acondicionado, baño se batalla para ir el agua salen olores del lavamanos.. toallas en mal Estado, no ay conectores suficientes. No volveria a hospedarme aqui. Hay hoteles muchisimo mas baratos y mil veces en mejores condiciones, atenciones y servicio. Muy mal sabor de boca y mala experiencia.

Es un hotel muy descuidado, con personal que tiene 0 experiencia en atención al cliente te reciben con caras todos, además sucio el lobby las habitaciones el aire acondicionado del cuarto que nos dieron goteaba y la habitación estuvo encharcada, los baños de la alberca fuera de servicio según ellos porque estaban tapados en verdad fue pésimo todo en ese hotel! Por nada la recomiendo

Me gustó que está bien ubicada, me tocó una habitación cómoda de acuerdo al precio pagado, todo bien, una gotera que reporté, pero entiendo que estaban saturados de huéspedes y no podían atender todo, pero en general muy bien, fácil la transportación, comercios y playa.

El Hotel está muy bien en cuanto a las habitaciones, tiene un estacionamiento muy amplio por la parte de atrás, y está muy bien ubicado, justo en donde empieza el verdadero ambiente de fiesta. Si vas a Mazatlán a divertirte, adelante. Si eres de los amargados que todo les molesta, no vayas.
