Generally, a pretty good hotel. Very quiet and clean. Not a great area but convenient to where I needed to be. If I had one complaint it was that I couldn't make any adjustments to the room temperature. And I was freezing. I don't know if it's because I couldn't figure out the thermostat or if it was centrally controlled. That was really unfortunate.

This is a awesome hotel for the price if it was a mile closer to the center it would be a $500 a night hotel But even it being a bit away Plenty of public transportation and bike rentals make it worth it Plus a coffee shop that stays open late in walking distance as well as a super market

Really nice place to stay, close to metro and clean

This hotel boasts a great location and delivers warm, friendly service. However, the air conditioning was not functioning optimally, and the shower door design led to noticeable water leakage during use.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean room, modern appliances, toilet is separated from the shower, large windows, mini fridge restocked daily. Very convenient location with metro and trains right around the corner.

The only thing that I really love about the property was the convenience of it being next to the train station. The food served that breakfast was not good, the staff was very bland and not friendly, the hallways had dirty carpets and was giving motel 6. The hotel had no special amenities and the restaurant that they had was very limited with selection of food. I believe at 3 out of 5 is appropriate.

Friendly welcome at reception. Stroopwaffles given to us both. Stayed as a birthday treat for my husband. Were upgraded to a premier suite. Recievwd a birthday card and pot of chocolate covered hazelnuts as a gift. Lovely views (floor16). Rooms clean and spacious. Free minibar. We forgot a ln adapter for our phones charger, reception staff were happy to loan us an adapter for the weekend. Comfy beds. Lovely warm shower. English channels available on the tv. Hair dryer in room (takes a while to warm, so for thick hair it takes a while to dry). Hair straighteners and USB ports would be an advantage in the room. We had breakfast both days. Very nice, lots of options too, cereals, pastrys, hot breakfast items, fresh fruit and fruit juices as well as fresh ground coffee and tea

We absolutely loved this hotel and would go back here when we return. Friendly staff, clean rooms (we had a double) and awesome breakfast. The lobby and space to eat in the mornings was peaceful and clean. The 19th floor restaurant was also a unique experience with fabulous food. We rented bikes every day to enjoy the city PLUS the subway is a block away and only a few minutes to city center.

Great place, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few metro stops a way from the heart of Amsterdam, without being in the middle of the fray.

Nice hotel but had a few issues during a 4x night stay: 1) shower in room not working (very little pressure). Told front desk on first morning, they made a note, bit noting happened. Told them again on day 2. Nothing. On day 3, someone had been to fix it, but when I tried to use it in the evening, it was boiling hot with no way to control the temp (although pressure had been fixed). Told front desk again, and eventually I got moved to another room on my last night - altho as I’d had a busy week I didn’t really want to start having to move rooms. 2) aircon in room not working 3) not really enough tables at breakfast when it’s busy 4) we couldn’t go to the sky bar (10:30pm); told they were short staffed On the plus side, it’s a nice enough hotel with good location. Beds are comfy and rooms are spacious, although like lots of hotels now, the windows don’t open. Didn’t eat at the hotel (skipped breakfast as it was just too busy) The lobby bar was always closed, with just a self service kiosk selling snacks etc. All in all, for the price I paid for 4x nights, I don’t think stay again. Expensive for what it is.

Excellent customer service.

This was simply fantastic. If you choose to dine in on a weekend, reserve it because local restaurants in walking distance closed. During work week, this place is buzzing.
