Very well presented . Staff attentive and helpful ..no complaints

They didn't clean the room, they left dirty glasses etc. They didn't clean the room at all. This is definitely not a 4 star and just barely a 3 star. Breakfast was terrible especially for how much we paid for the hotel. By far the worst stay.

Polite staff and rooms were clean. Great location next to the main train station in Graz.

Der Aufenthalt in Graz war sehr angenehm, das Frühstück war nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Die Auswahl zu gering und gleich wieder aus.

Clean modern hotel with excellent staff and facilities. Room was too warm though and could not drop the temperature so we had to leave the window open, even at night. Close to station and shops ....so convenient . Breakfast options were limited but fresh.

Was nice and quiet. Parking machine seems to only accept cash.

Amazing Hotel, with great location. Excellent staff

Had two nights in Graz and needed to be close to the railway station. The Inter-City hotel is basically next door and you can get to it from the southern end of platform 1 via some stairs down to street level. Room was very clean and comfortable, check in staff were very good, even put up with me trying to practice my German.

Stayed 2 nights for business, as it was close to my meeting. A 20 minute walk into to Graz, but not a problem as I like walking. Directly opposite the railway station, so if you are using the train, it is in a great position.

das Zimmer war prima, aber sie haben ein Abkommen mit DE Hotels und einem VIP Zugang. Das werde ich auch melden an hotels.com. Es soll für Gold Kunden einen Upgrade geben. Diesen gewähren sie nicht, obwohl sie einen Vertrag, ein Abkommen oder was auch immer mit Hotels kommen haben. Sie halten Sie aber nicht daran. Ein Upgrade wäre möglich gewesen, aber mir wurde gesagt, dass das Upgrade Zimmer Nicht vergeben werden darf! In der Art und Weise darf man sich nicht bewerben!

Okay place but the "single" beds are about as wide as a stick of butter. If you're the type to toss and turn in your sleep, make sure the beds are shoved together or you'll end up on the floor.

The food options were limited. There was rarely someone at the front desk to help, even though they said 24 hours, that was not the case. A few of the front desk were very unhelpful. A couple were nice.

Good hotel but rooms are a bit small.

Although next to the main train station the triple-glazed windows provided perfect soundproofing. Windows were large which meant the room was bright in daylight.

The place was under construction, and they should have that floor closed
