Great

Walkable to Q2. Double King Suite Room was spacious, beds comfortable, good pillows. Quiet room. Bathroom had everything you would need. Only issue was the front desk was understaffed (long line at check-in, only one person), & multiple toilets were out of order (restrooms near front desk & by the breakfast area). Would stay again if attending Q2 event.

New un posted parking fees, plus a seperate process, Gold Member having to remond about water, and not assigning the Hilton credit for staying. It is a nice property, but will find another hotel for the trips to ATX. Nickle and dime guests should not be a thing

This was the first time in a long time that I stayed at a hotel that the beds were extremely comfortable. I would have stayed another night if I did not have to be in another town after my stay. Great hospitality!! I will come back!

It was nice and clean. And the staff was very nice and friendly

Looked new. Everything was wonderful, quiet and clean. Fitness center was really nice. I didn’t know that breakfast wasn’t included but it was fine I just grabbed something else to eat.

It was for a wedding, so we got a big suite. It was great.

Everything about it was great- my comments are not "negative" about anyone there, just overall feedback. I didn't get a chance to see if there was an outdoor deck area, but developing the circumference of the property would help. The entry is kind of hidden, and it all looks very industrial. And there should be instructions on how to lower the window shades/curtains in the room! Its beautiful but where are the buttons or the digital connect? Thank you for a lovely time and breakfast.

So close to the domain and arboretum. Very clean and convenient.

The refrigerator did not work, I brought milk for my grandson that I had to throw away because the refrigerator did not work. Also was not told about about breakfast if it was included, we went downstairs to check, but there was no one available to speak with so we left. I don't think I would recommend this place due to lack of information.

The Hotel is just ok when you need to be near a work destination. The breakfast pancakes and waffles were cold and the hostess needs you out by 10 pm. I am a Hotel honor memeber and several times they knocked on my door and even called to see if I was out of the room by 11am which was annoying
