Make sure if booking extended stay, it is communicated with the hotel. Imagine securing an additional night, you are out and about come back to your room and you are locked out with a do not disturb sign on your door. Then to be verbally berated for “not checking back in”, because the front staff did not communicate that. If this was communicated, because we were “reassured this would be, with a note put on our file, and that we would not be displaced from our room” well this was not done! Front line staff should not be so condescending towards guests making them feel to “be the problem”. While one front line staff was very accommodating, the other front line staff was confrontational and condescending. I don’t think we will stay here again.
