We had the best time in Poznan. Apartamenty Klasztorna 25 is conveniently located to Market Square with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very courteous, offering suggestions on local food, and made our stay enjoyable. We felt very safe, the rooms were clean and comfortable!

Stylish and beautifully designed place—very clean and just steps from the Market Square. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Very nice spacious room. Girl on front desk was very helpful in getting me a clothes iron! Short walk to main square with many bars/restaurants.

Apartment was lovely and clean. Didn't like that our room was in basement with just a tiny square window looking into a metal floor grate, made room too hot even with aircon on. Also shower head riser never stayed in place and we never got TV to work. However, apartment was very close to old town square and within walking distance to most places including the shopping street leading to the shopping centre in the old brewery. Apartment is also right next door to the croissant museum which is worth a visit, more of a fun experience than a museum but we enjoyed it. There's also 2 lovely places for breakfast just 2 sreets away, Lavenda and one across the Rd whose name I can't recall but the latter was our preferred one.

Had a wonderful stay. The rooms are done up to a high standard & very comfortable. The apartment is in a great location in the old town & walking distance to lots of nice restaurants, bars etc. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great stay in Poznan, right next to the market square. We were within walking distance from all the tourists sights. Room was very clean and new. The walls were just a little thin between rooms, but nothing that made our stay unpleasant.

Hotel was lovely and clean we stayed in the down stairs room which was a great size had a tv, coffee making facilities also a pull out bed/couch. We arrived later than planned due to delays but we was sent an email containing information on how to get in to the hotel, how to access our room key and our room number as reception staff are only there between a certain time. Staff seemed pleasant and greeted us when we was coming or going. The hotel is literally in the city centre and right next door to the croissant museum.

Excellent location, right behind Old Town. A lot of shopping and dining options. There is not elevator therefore not disability friendly.

Great Appartment, very comfortable and clean. Easy location for all of the Old Town.

The first night was a bit of a nightmare getting back into the property, we were not shown how to work the card key, we were trying it on the actual door as on the card itself instead of the keypad opposite, had to ring the emergency no who said they'd sent us instructions, they hadn't and we were then moved from our room to another which had someone already in it, another room was given over the phone at 10pm, nothing was said the next day, other than that it was a peaceful stay right in the heart of the old town at the back of a thriving square, plenty of restaurants and bars, up the road a main shopping street and mall and a bigger mall over the bridge, the hotel is in a great location
