It is. Great and safe property, 24/7 front desk, lovely staff and very close to ADO round trip for Cancun Airport for.a feat price. The only thing get to my attention was the bed sheet and bathroom tower was very old and stained, I thought in the future they need to get a new ones for the facility because is very good property. Thank you for ve there for us the last3 weeks!

Plumbing issues everywhere. Not felt clean. I asked them to call a taxi that is supposed to be around 150 pesos, they said 500.

Nice hotel for the price, could use a little love.

The room was clean and had a nice kitchenette available with pots and pans. The rooftop pool was also nice, although fairly small with few loungers available. Overall the service was good. The hotel is in a very convenient location with many nearby restaurants and bars, a bus stop, and beach within walking distance.

Check in was seamless, the unit was just as pictured. It was clean, safe and secure. The pool area was great to hang out and chill. The stay was nice, and helpful. The location is great if you are using the ADO. A short walk from everything you want to do! I highly recommend staying here.

Air conditioner dumped condensation on my head/ pillow in the middle of the night and front desk said it was my fault for turning air down and did nothing about my bed being soaking wet at 1 am. No where else to sleep but the tile floor! Finally shift changed and the we called again new front desk clerk gave us a different room for the night until ours was fixed. Then my husband was walking across the park and a police officer told him he was under arrest for having a beer in his hand( it was not open) but proceeded to empty my husband s pockets and took all his money and then asked him if he was enjoying the beach? He didn’t know what to do so he just walked away, no money for the pizza he was on his way to get though!! But thankfully he wasn’t really under arrest, scary stuff!!

exceeded my expectations for convenience, quiet, cleanliness, suite amenities & comfort 24 hr front desk staff with secure entrance fully equipped kitchen, very clean and modern bathroom My only regret is not having more days to enjoy the location and amenities.

The receptionist lady was so arrogant and refused to let the cleaning lady clean the room after I asked her to give me 15 mins to change and come back for cleaning !! I’ve never seen a hotel receptionist / staff arguing with a client that way .. terrible experience

One of the front desk staff was very helpfull the other (a young woman) was not very friendly.

Amazing experience! Friendly staff and very clean hotel. Extremely close and walking distance of all the main restaurants and events.

The hotel was really nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was just like the description, but the stovetop didn’t work and the rooftop jacuzzi was out of order, which was a bummer. Other than that, everything was great.
