It was very nice

Overall a handy lil hotel, I would add a small microwave or toaster oven to the rooms for guests with longer stays (longer than 2 nights). Well appointed, just outside the city, but withing walking distance to many things!

I think the customer service in this hotel are rude.

Extremely well located, easy access to any point of city, either for tourism or for business which was my case. Affordable and worthies every cent of what you pay to stay.

the four nights you stayed, you couldn't sleep because of the noise in the hotel. unfortunately it is likely that I will not return anymore. but I hope that in the near future they will resolve the situation so as not to have inconvenience with other guests.

Great, budget-friendly hotel in a good part of the city. The place it pretty well kept and very clean. The room was, overall, comfortable. The shower was hot with great pressure. The only real dings in terms of comfort were that the street below is noisy and the bed only had one pillow per person. Staff were friendly and tried their best to help in English. Cafe connected to the hotel has really great coffee and breakfast, too.

Very easy to do check in and communicate via WhatsApp for assistance. They should include on email that supporting documents should have been provided to speed up check in. Overall a very good experience and would recommend and stay there again. Lots of restaurants in the area, good amenities and cleanliness. 😊

The traffic noise was so loud and no other rooms were available that it made sleeping difficult

Amazing value in São Paulo! Safe area, spacious rooms, reliable internet. Truly the only thing missing was free continental breakfast. This truly was one of the best values I’ve found in São Paulo (and I’ve stayed in probably a dozen hotels over the years).

Charlie sent an email stating an access code and room number would be given by 15:00 on the day of check-in, nothing received by 16:00. Texted the service number provided, usual chat bot. Eventually got a human on the line only to be told it was a mistake and all I had to do was go to the property and speak with the porter. Usual faux apologies followed. I was so annoyed by this stage I booked into the Ibis Hotel next door. Will not be using this hotel service again.

Private, quiet and central suites. Easy walking distance to popular areas to visit, but peaceful to relax at too. Clean, modern and well maintained building, with friendly and multilingual staff.

Otimo custo beneficio, porem a questao da limpeza ser paga por nao ser um hotel propriamente dito e sim um flat, atrapalha principalmente em epoca de pandemia onde a limpeza regular é fundamental.

Ótima localização, muito perto do metro e de padarias.

Gostei bastante do quarto , porém percebi que o lençol da cama estava sujo. Mas o restante estava muito bom.

Não é a primeira vez que hospedo neste hotel, tem boas acomodações e as condições do hotel e do apartamento são muito boas.
