Good hotel, bad location,delicious breakfast, friendly staff.

It was a nice hotel. A little shabby. But I believe they’re in the process of updating it. They had a wonderful breakfast as well.

I liked morning cappuccino and breakfast. I think my stay will be in Stockholm though because there was little choice of restaurants.

The staff was very very nice. When I arrived, there were two pieces of broken glass in the bathroom, near the trash can. I was lucky to notice them and not to step on one. The hotel is within earshot of the commuter rail, if you have the window open. On the other side of the hotel is the highway. There's a small community between the hotel and the commuter rail. There is a complimentary private sauna. The sauna itself was nice, but the room it was in was in a statement of mild disrepair. The bed was fine, firm. The safe did not work, but I did not have any problem with theft. Breakfast was bland, but included. Mostly, it felt like large groups with kids, looking to minimize costs were staying here. Overall, this place was a solid average, 3 star hotel, priced accordingly/reasonably.

The worst

Great hotel - clean, good facilities, great breakfast options and a good location, 10 minute walk to the station that takes you into town in 15 minutes. 24 hour reception is difficult to understand - I had to call the phone number for someone to help me open the front door but the staff were extremely helpful

Room felt like a cell, no window, no ensuite. Bit tricky to find as, according to my taxi driver, they keep changing the name "like, a stupidly often' Friendly staff,clean enough and a decent breakfast included. Three stops from Stockholm Central I would stay again but would take more care selecting the room.

We booked this hotel because the tour group we were a part of was using it. We opted to arrive 2 days early. When we arrived it took 15-20 minutes for someone to appear at the desk and check us in. The accommodations were run down, the carpets had stains, people were just sitting around outside of rooms, the front entrance, and the lobby. It felt like they lived there. No one was at the bar to take an order. When we went up to our room, the bathroom in the room looked clean, but smelled like someone had just used it when we entered. The cleaning staff left their check list on the bathroom counter. The shower head would not stay in place when water was on and sprayed toward the ceiling unless you were holding it in position. One window would not latch in room, the pillows were flat. Extra pillows provided in the closet did not have any linens. We stayed 1 night of the 4 we had scheduled and then chose other accommodations nearby.

decent hotel with good breakfast. Receptions are nice and prompt on customer request. The customer satisfaction would be even better if the hotel spent a bit more resources on the maintenance and cleaning in rooms and common area.

Otrevlig kontakt med ägaren som helt förnekade sitt ansvar att laga rummets fel och bristen. Felen som inte lagades var sänglampor som blinkade och orsakade att säkringar gick, samma lampor som byttes ut men ändå inte fungerade, samma lampor som byttes ut gav ifrån sig irriterande högt surrande ljud, sedan inga lampor alls eftersom hotellet saknade fler lampor att byta till. Personalen lovade åtgärd efter utcheckning men efter utcheckning tyckte ägaren inte att fungerande lampor kunde förväntas på deras hotell.

Good sized hotel, BUT shabby, dirty and looked very neglected. Breakfast ordinary and just Luke warm food, and not even a working toaster. Looked like it was just being run by young staff. Very basic, not value for money.

The service is excellent and people are nice and helpful

The room wasn't clean The shelves and the cupboard were dusty like no one has cleaned them before. Also the shelves in the lobby and the lights were dusty. The windows in the room were locked , only two small windows could we open for 5 cm. We requested a fan, they brought it after a 3-time request. The breakfast was good The location was also good , there is a bus station right in front of the hotel and a commuter rail station about 10 min walk.

We had booked two rooms, one for me and my wife, and one for our daughter and her friend, for a magical Taylor Swift experience in Stockholm. At arrival at the hotel, the staff could only find one of our rooms, and the hotel was overbooked! In addition, one of the staff members also blamed hotels.com for having done something wrong, until I documented with our receipt cleary stating that we had booked, and paid for, two rooms. After a few moments of discussing with the staff and stating how this was unacceptable, and including other staff members in the discussion, they finally found an extra room for us, but a much lower "grade" room and on a completely different floor than our 14 year old daugther and her friend. All in all this was very uncomfortable in terms of: - having to discuss with staff about their overbooking - having to pay full price for lower class room(s), and - having to have our daugther and her friend far from us in a very crowded hotel. As we finally managed to get a room and actually stayed there, I do not expect a full refund, but a refund nonetheless, I think is in order. I suggest 50%. Morten

Nice staff and easily accessible

We had a small atrium room which was fine as we were only using as a base. Was quite dark until internal blinds in atrium were opened. Easy access to city centre. Near to train station and buses. Being a vegeterian plenty to choose from at breakfast, however, no alternatives provided ie. Veggie Sausages. Very limited vegan options. All staff very nice and polite. Nice quiet area, felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.
