The property was amazing. I was in town to watch my daughter walk in Miami Swim Week and launch her very own swim line. We will be back next year and definitely re-book soon.

Everything was great, only complain is that when we arrived the two kitchen trash cans were completely full. There was also a little knob in one of the bathrooms that was broken so the handheld shower head didn’t work.

I loved it

The property is nice no real complaints. It’s walkable to everything, convenient, near shops restaurants groceries and coffee/liquor stores. One thing is that Sonder should check to see the amount of towels one would need and have them available for each guest. Lastly the oven needs attention(burned black substance in there).

We stayed at the Sonder 17West unit over the weekend and overall, the location was great — close to everything we needed and in a really nice area. The layout of the unit was spacious and worked perfectly for our family. That said, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the space. There was a noticeable smell when we arrived, and some areas just didn’t feel very clean, which made it hard to get completely comfortable. Thankfully, we were out exploring most of the time, so we didn’t spend too many long stretches in the unit. If the cleanliness had matched the quality of the layout and location, it would’ve been perfect.

The bedsheets were clean and the property was in a good area. But the property lacked cleanliness and when I approached the property management they asked me to wait for a day to get the bathrooms and dirt cleaned

Great! Our experience was awesome! The property it self is very well equipped and super clean. We loved the spacious rooms. This made it very comfortable specially with three teenagers! Very family friendly! Highly recommended!

Amazing place

We secured the three bedroom, three and 1/2 bathroom apartment for a Thursday to Sunday stay. We were a group of three friends - each in their own bedroom, own bathroom. While we LOVED the apartment, we did not love the SUBPAR service. The 24/7 service is not that. We had some issues during our stay - internet went out (for 24+ hours), TV went out, no hot water in one of the bathrooms (didn’t get resolved before we checked out) and the shower knob kept falling off in one of the other bathrooms. Chat is the means by which you communicate with issues. Response was not timely. We were so frustrated and inconvenienced with the internet issue (needed it for work), I eventually found a phone number to Sonder and tried that route to get the issue resolved. After that call, maintenance came within an hour or so. For the hot water issue, maintenance showed up as we were leaving. This was even though we were told by the person on chat that we’d have priority for first thing in the morning. To me, first thing in the morning would be no later than 9am. They came at 10:45am. For the price point, my expectations of service weren’t met. Will I stay here again? Sure. However, I now know where my expectations should align.

This property was not only beautiful it was also very convenient

Amazing place, close to everything. Clean and quiet, new appliances, washer dryer, and amazing bathrooms. Several dining options, Uber always available. We booked the 3 bedroom apartment. It is on the fifth floor with a huge terrasse that has direct access to the rooftop pool. Can't recommend enough.

We really enjoyed stay in Sonder Apartment. As soon as we entered inside decided to extend our stay but price was too high for extended days. Nice location, clean apartment.

Very nice and basic apts in a very good location. Nearby construction is very annoying to enter the parking garage
