The best hotel that I stayed during this Korea trip. I will stay again!

Nice, modern hotel...but the location and breakfast are average

Staff untrained and uninformed

I had a great stay at this hotel and thought the breakfast was pretty good too. I prefer Asian food over western cuisine so the breakfast options were more suited for me. Any questions I had were promptly handled or resolved by the front desk team and they were very friendly. The location was conveniently not far from a subway stop too and there’s an amazing restaurant right around the corner within walking distance from the hotel too. Would stay here again.

Staff are nice and room was clean The hotel was new building only 2 years old and I was happy to stay here

Excellent location and high quality breakfast.

The room is spacious however the walls are visibly dusty. It's walkable distance from the subway with plenty of restaurants around.

For the price hotel itself was outstanding! They were very friendly and if i were to come back to gwangju my choice of stay would be definitely be here again!!

Room was clean and nice. Staff were all kind.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean! Loved the room and view, but the bed and pillows were really hard. They offer a nice selection of food for breakfast. This wasn't much of a touristy area. The subway was about a 5-7 minute walk to the hotel. Wear comfortable shoes. The sidewalks are terrible. Overall, i really liked the hotel, just wasn't thrilled about the location.

Lovely hotel, good location. Breakfast was good, but very little food left in last 30 minutes so go early!

Excellent customer service. Efficient free parking system. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. Would certainly return here with my family next time. Excellent experience that made our road trip / mini vacation much more enjoyable.
