Perfect stay. All clean and not so expensive.

Quick and friendly check-in. Hotel was was clean and room was updated and comfortable.

Staff was great. They switched our room after the original room had very stained sheets (we would have been happy with new clean sheets). Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast fare. Nice that the hot water dispenser did not taste like coffee for us tea drinkers (other hotels take note).

Staff were friendly and check in was a simple and quick process. My son enjoyed the pool even though it wasn’t heated and the rooms were very clean and spacious!

Pros: • Fantastic continental breakfast. Cons: • Most pillows completely flat and uneven, with the odd one being fluffy. • Loud party below my pregnant daughter’s room despite my prior request for quiet accommodations; night staff couldn’t move her. • Difficult parking due to the weekend event, challenging for my seven-months-pregnant daughter.

This is exactly what you should expect. My only complaint is that the bed is too firm for me. Personal preference. The staff are delightful. The breakfast is absolutely worth attending. Great stay.

Very nice staff. The rooms were very clean and everything was new.

We were greeted very nicely at the reception. This is always our first choice when visiting Ottawa for our family. Highly recommended.

Room exceeded our expectations and the staff were approchable, friendly and informative. The breakfast was a greatway to start the day. Having coffee, tea and hot chocolate was also appreciated and a nice touch.
