Hard to find the hotel from the street, room is just too small, not confortable. Need to pay for parking, park space is externally small, walk from parking lot to room is confusing

Cama bem boa, localização incrível, e apesar de sempre limpo, tive a impressão de que havia sempre funcionárias limpando os quartos no corredor e fazendo muito barulho. A área de passar também é um quartinho isolado e sujo e a piscina estava em manutenção o tempo todo.

I loved the localization and the staff's attention. Everything was clean and new.

Very small rooms. Bad location six to seven blocks far from the beach. Bad restaurant and bar service.

Shower drain didn’t work, flooded room. Changed rooms. Only 2 power outlets in room. Paper thin walls. We could hear people talking. Our son wasn’t allowed in our room to help us with our luggage. Breakfast was very disappointing. Constantly out of food and coffee machine broken. Stay elsewhere!

It’s what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Professional staff and well maintained property. I’m actually thinking about renting an apartment on the higher floors when I get back to Brazil.

No geral gostei bastante do hotel, só precisam melhorar no quesito café da manhã, não sei se foi o dia, mas estava um pouco fraquinho.

O hotel está muito bem localizado na região de boa viagem perto da praia, shopping e supermercados tudo podendo ser feito a pé. Fora as boas opções de restaurante da região. Contudo, a academia estava interditada pra reforma.

Localização funcional e excelente. Estacionamento prático e de fácil acesso.

Hotel bem localizado, com quarto equipado com ar-condicionado, TV e frigobar. Chuveiro bom. Precisa apenas de pintura no quarto e no corredor do 9º andar. Café da manhã simples, poderia melhorar. De todo modo, voltarei. Funcionários atenciosos.
