After checking out, I left my suitcase with the receptionist for some important information. When I arrived at the airport to retrieve my luggage, my suitcase's password had been changed and reset by an irresponsible person. It was most likely done by a member of staff at the hotel.

The staff are all friendly, the rooms are clean, and the AC is cold.

The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, and the amenities were good, but the sheets, pillowcases, and duvet were all dirty, as if they hadn't been changed. I've stayed there several times and it's always been like that. Please improve the cleanliness of the beds. I paid a lot, so the cleanliness should be good too.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times, because the location is close to my wife's office. But this time we were a bit disappointed, because we were given a super narrow room. It's a bit strange compared to the price I paid.

Nearly perfect, clean, tidy rooms, access around the hotel there is Indomaret, and friendly staff. Only the breakfast menu is lacking a little more taste, the rest is very good.
