We had a good stay at the Fairview Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was good, very clean and quiet. The only reason for 1 less star is a few things need updating but in fairness they are working on it. If I need to stay in Fairview again I would definitely stay here again.

Nice

The hotels/motels are few in Fairview. There are three to choose from. One is run-down and overpriced, one I’ve never stayed at so I can’t rate it, but the Fairview Inn is clean and the staff there are extremely accommodating. We were there for 5 nights and the beds are firm but comfortable. On our last night, we asked for extra blankets, a heater and a cell phone charger - the man on the reception desk came through every time. If I am ever back that way again, I would stay at the Fairview In.

It’s ok. Not the best, not the worst either. Friendly staff.for its price is worth it. Cheapest among the 2 hotels in the area. Parking could be bigger.

The room here was small but space is well used. The hotel is older but clean. Our room had a kitchenette which included a stovetop, cooking pans and dinnerware. We came in late and had already eaten so we didn't use the kitchenette but probably will next time we are in town. The staff at check in was very nice and the check in process took only a few minutes. I would have rated it higher but the desk chair was wobbly and I found the mattresses too hard for my aging back. Still, I frequently find myself in town on business and will certainly stay here again.

Clean room comfortable

We were pleasantly surprised as we weren’t sure about this budget Inn! It’s not often you get a chance to see 2 rooms and pick the one you like most. Amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Offered soft drinks when we checked in and provided water for the drive home. Spacious room and SUPER clean! Fluffy towels and pillows. Large fridge, microwave, counter cooktop burners, and 4 cup coffee machine. Sink outside the bathroom. Laminate instead of carpet was appreciated. Good color smaller TV and fast wifi. Good location, close to everything. There was only a couple of negatives for us.. The beds were VERY firm and Expedia showed the double room reservation with a couch and table with 2 chairs which wasn’t what we got.

The street noise you can hear through the windows, ac does not work well. Bed was extremely hard, the bed frame had bricks under the corners to give it height, the bathroom it oddly small and awkward as you have to go into the bathroom to shut the door. Old building that could use some updating and new mattress's.

Check in was super easy as it had been booked on Expedia all I had to do was show ID. Room although a bit dated was clean, spacious, bed was comfortable, area was quiet at night. I had a very enjoyable 1 night stay for my job. I have stayed there before and will again next time I am in the area.

Seemed to be pretty rundown outside. Air conditioning unit had knobs removed. Floor seemed to have a film over it. Otgerwise clean. Owner/reception person very helpful and considerate.

Customer service was fantastic. Quick check in with no hassles. Arrived and was in my room within 5 minutes. Helped myself to the pop fridge on check in. It’s a small town so if you’re expecting a nice new facility similar to that which you’d find in the city look elsewhere. This was an older building which has been renovated - the outside is a bit rough around the edges but the rooms were pretty decent. Parking lot is a bit small but looked to accommodate all or almost all units. Everything was stocked and the room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. Looked like each room had its own A/C unit. Good water pressure in the shower. Good quality bath towels. Decent amount of food options within walking distance. Wifi and TV in the room. Indian food restaurant menu available for ordering (free delivery) from a nearby business. I could hear the diesel trucks start up in the morning as people were leaving pretty clearly, but it’s small town Alberta so you get what you get, not a big deal. Older buildings will generally have less sound proofing - who knew?! Overall the stay here was great and I’d recommend it if you’re going to be around the area.

I liked staying at the Fairview Inn. The rooms that I’ve been so far, were great! i like them. They’re clean, cozy, comfy and quiet!
