This is thd furst hotel in US that I have to pay for parking. The breakfast was not up to date. The bread and english muffin were bot fresh. They were all hard. No provisions to make your own waffle or pancakes. They only have eggs and pork susage. My family and I didn't enjoyed the breakfast because the eggs was also salty. The towels on the bathroom are very thin. Overall, I will give it 6/10. They rrally need to improve their services.

Will stay again

The property was new, updated and clean. The mattresses were excellent and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

Arrived at room and it was hot inside, with thermostat at 77 degrees. Room took forever to cool off. Went to bed hot and it wasn't until the morning that the room finally cooled off enough to be comfortable. Hospitality is second to saving electricity apparently. Secondly, the reading lights at both queen beds did not work. What's the point of having nice accommodations if all the things do not work?

Aside from two negatives, my stay at the hotel was good. Here are the things I didn't like about the hotel: 1. The bathroom sink was clogged. Each time I turn the water on, it won't drain, hair and other things would float. I called the front and was told the maintenance person won't be available until after noon the next day. 2. When my family and I went out and returned, the hotel room door was opened. The drain was unclogged but the door was not close by the maintenance person. Aside from these two things, the hotel was great. It was quiet and clean, the breakfast options were good.

Hotel was very clean. Day/Night shift front desk was very polite and helpful with information and request. Wish I knew their names to give them praise. Housekeeping and maintenance also get a A+. The breakfast staff was very attentive,polite,& professional despite the overwhelming amount of guest. My only recommendation is the breakfast selection. The hot buffet was the same for the multiple days of my stay. King suites smaller than expected, I’ve stayed in closets in Manhattan so space was still sufficient for my wife and I. Bed super comfy with melt into your dream pillows. If I had a gripe it would be about paying for parking when property has parking lot surrounding the building. As a frequent traveler just seems like money grab. With that said I super recommend this location and will be back to stay when I’m in area.

The room was nice, but the breakfast was horrible and the pool was super tiny.

Staff was welcoming

I was unaware that I will be charged for parking upon arrival clean towel had hair or some piece of debris on it The rear door to enter was fully automatic, and it was broken making you use excessive effort to open the door. it’s a fire risk and a huge inconvenience. Staff was very friendly and the buildings and grounds were brand new

We had to request housekeeping at 4 pm because no one came to clean our room and there was no hair conditioner in the dispenser.

New, clean property with easy access to NYC through the bus across the street. Staff are friendly. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The only complaint we have is that we could hear people next door from

Perfect hotel for a work trip. Fastest wifi I’ve ever witnessed, dedicated workspace, 10/10. Really enjoyed my stay

The area was convenient, but the entrance and lobby were disappointing. Really small and not what you expect from a hotel at the price we paid. However the room was clean, I’m glad we did not need to use the sofa bed, I don’t think that would have been comfortable because it wasn’t to sit on, also had a bad smell. Our shower also dripped all night which drive me nuts, had to put a towel on the floor in the shower to absorb the sound. The breakfast was also disappointing.
