Spacious and clean rooms. Perfect accommodation for an overnight stay in North Surabaya.

The staff is nice, the service is as usual, only the cleanliness is lacking, the floor is sticky and leaves marks on the feet, the mattress for sleeping is dull, the sheets are dirty and have lots of dirt spots, the bathroom smells even though it has just arrived and has not been used. The spacious room is suitable for those with children, the AC is cold but the temperature cannot be changed because it is already one remote with the lights.

The room is spacious, but unfortunately, the cleanliness is lacking. The room I stayed in yesterday had stained sheets, and cobwebs in the corners, as if the room hadn't been occupied for a long time. Hopefully, the cleanliness can be improved.

The hotel is nice, clean outside, strategic location, friendly staff.

Close to the station... If Grab takes too long, walking straight to the station is no problem.

Best hotel, cheap, city center, and near Pasar Turi Station

There were cockroaches in the room. Asking for a room change was the same thing: cockroaches, too, and this was witnessed by the hotel staff. The sheets and blanket were stained, including some red spots. I was very surprised, there was no apology at all from the hotel. There was no refund either. I immediately checked out.

I like it because it's close to the harbor and quite close to Tunjungan. The room is large and spacious, the AC is very cold, and the hot water for a good shower is good. The facilities are okay, but the cleanliness is a bit lacking, but when I complained, the staff immediately moved quickly to clean and replace everything. I like it, I will come back here again 😇
