The best 4-star hotel in Surabaya. Spacious grounds, ample parking, close to Indomaret, ATMs, and several restaurants. The hotel has indoor and outdoor playgrounds, including a new and well-maintained swimming pool, and a gym. I tried the restaurant food (affordable prices), and the breakfast was one of the best, on point, even better than some 5-star hotels in Surabaya. Hopefully, this hospitality will be maintained and improved. Highly recommended for a family staycation. Top notch.

Everything was beautiful, but I was a bit surprised when someone knocked on my room at night, pretending to use an access card. Although it was confirmed that it was indeed a hotel employee asking about a previous guest's belongings, it was still a bit uncomfortable to just go straight in like that. It's best to call the room first, knock, or at least confirm with the receptionist that the room is occupied. Don't just go in, even if you have the master access card.

There was no valet parking attendant, so we went down to the parking lot ourselves and the elevator didn't have direct access to the lobby. So from the parking lot to the lobby we had to walk to the lobby in the heat. The breakfast wasn't very enjoyable, the tables were full. We got a table with a lot of leftovers from other people, so we ate at a table that had been eaten by someone else mixed with the food waste of the people who ate before us and we had already told the attendant but they just said yes until we finished eating 🫣

The hotel is located in the central business district, close to East Surabaya's culinary scene, and close toll road access. The staff provides exceptional service, friendliness, and ease of communication.
