They were friendly, but the room (bathroom) was written as having hot water (shower) but in fact there wasn't any. Otherwise, it was OK.

The AC is not cold... I have reported it from the moment I arrived until I left, but there was no response from the hotel. If the price was 100 thousand / night, I probably wouldn't complain, but this is 388 thousand / night. I was told to stay here again, I REALLY DON'T want to even if it's free.... For Traveloka, please also provide input on how to adjust the room price to the facilities... thanks...

The room is very spacious even though I took the cheapest one. Hopefully the room and bathroom will be cleaner. The smell of cigarettes was really annoying during my stay. In the future, there will be non-smoking rooms.

The 100 thousand rupiah deposit was not returned because there was a small food stain on the bedsheet, even though the bedsheet was already a bit dirty.

Cheap and cheerful. It's a shame the water heater for making coffee and tea is no longer available. Hopefully in the future it will be available in every room. It's really great, it's cheap and check-in is really fast👍
