Requested a top floor, but was given the second floor. The room was located at the back of the ballroom, making it very inconvenient for me to pass through the ballroom while an event was taking place. It would be better to accommodate guests attending a seminar there. I asked for a room change, but only in the old building, so I stayed there to try out the new building. I asked for a second room key because there were two people staying, but instead I was asked for a Rp 100,000 deposit. It didn't feel like I was staying in a 4-star hotel; a lower-star hotel would be fine. The room view wasn't that great, much different from the ones I've seen on social media. The positives: Strategic location, friendly staff at the entrance, well-functioning mini-fridge, modern TV.

My first time staying at this hotel. It's strategically located in the city center, with easy access. I got a room on the 8th floor at the very back. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-lit. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved, especially the bathroom. The floor is a bit slippery, so be extra careful if you're bringing a toddler! The breakfast had a good variety, but the taste was average. Overall, it's quite comfortable for a 4-star hotel 😊

The bed was soft, the pillow was fluffy, but the space for a classic type of room was small for an extra bed. The bathroom needs repair; the ceiling was almost rotten. The room's AC was not cold. When checking in, the FO staff did not notify me until I greeted him that I wanted to check in. Booked for an extra fee and prepaid with the expectation it would be ready upon check-in, but it wasn't ready. Asked for a superior classic room in the newest building but got the oldest building. But I loved the breakfast food selections, though some were too salty.

Stayed for a few nights on a business trip. The hospitality was excellent. The Wi-Fi was slow and sometimes intermittent. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and toilet were clean. Breakfast was varied, including Western, local, and Indonesian dishes, as well as traditional snacks. The price was also reasonable.

This was my first time checking into a hotel. Check-in time was no longer 2:00 PM, but around 2:30 PM, which was completely inconsistent with the check-in time. So far, so good, except for the check-in time.
