Wi-Fi speed 200 Mbps wow!

When you enter the room it smells damp, including the bed, the toilet smells of urine

The hotel is strategically located near a frequently visited mall, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, and the hotel atmosphere is not noisy.

A pleasant stay experience. For the room and service I have no complaints, only the bathroom is transparent but oh well. The main purpose of staying here is because the distance to Indonesia Arena to watch the concert is only 5 minutes by ojol! CLOSETTTT. But if it's unlucky when it rains, my goodness.. almost an hour by car to IA. As usual, Jakarta. Traffic jam! The funny thing is that there are also many people who watch the concert and stay here 😆 next time I will definitely come back if I want to watch another concert.

The room is damp and smelly. The bathroom glass door is not tight so that water from the shower is muddy into the room.

Still one of the best hotels in town. Good stay for anyone who's in business travel. Location is nice and calm.

Room and bathroom smells moldy.

This is my second time staying at W Home Benhill. Always comfortable, clean and the service is really good. The security & receptionist are friendly + helpful. Highly recommended to stay here. Affordable, but very comfortable. The location is also very strategic.

It turns out that the room, although a queen bed, is a size for an intimate couple. If it's for work purposes, don't choose here. Only for intimacy. The bathroom has no curtain. Transparent glass.

Anyway, it's really cool, see you again another time at home.

Third time staying here and always comfortable, the staff is friendly and ready to help, there is always security guard, Netflix is always on, you can watch as much as you want, the cleanliness is definitely okay, the rooms and the layout are also aesthetic, next time I will come here again if I go to Jakarta, thanks W Home

The room is super cozy, really comfortable. Close to everywhere, lots of places to eat and strategic for its location.

Indeed, if the purpose of this place is to lie around and watch Netflix, it's really great :) especially the comfortable bed :) the hotel staff are also friendly, but it seems like there are no trash bins provided on the rooftop
