All the staff are friendly, and the owner is very friendly. Check-in was very easy and there were no additional fees even though we arrived before check-in time. The room was nice, cool, clean, and safe thanks to card access. The motorbike rental was cheap and comfortable, and we were given a bonus for staying an extra day at the hotel. The food at the restaurant was delicious and affordable. It's perfect for those who want to vacation or stay overnight for work. We'll be back if we go to West Sumatra again.😇😇

Access to the location from the city center is close...if access from the airport you can also use Damri...just walk a little 30 meters
