Problem-solving management is very poor for a hotel of this class.
My belongings, which were left at the front desk, were not properly cared for, with only verbal assurances given. My belongings were damaged, something that wasn't there before they were left. I asked for help regarding the cause of the damage, but was only given a polite reply that they would report it in the afternoon. This continued into the morning, and until check-out, no one answered my question, only showing me CCTV footage that didn't address the issue. When I asked again, the answers didn't provide a satisfactory solution. I was very disappointed with the hotel's problem-solving management.
I personally will not be staying at this hotel again.
