Friendly staff, clean hotel. Strategic location, integrated with Bali Beachwalk mall, makes for a great shopping experience. Kuta Beach is only about 100 meters away. The room rate is well worth it.

Clean, tidy, comfortable, spacious, affordable food with excellent taste, clean rooms, clean hallways and comfortable lobby, fast access to the mall, close access to the beach, close access to parking, kids friendly and responsive, friendly and pleasant staff

I stayed for 4 nights. The hotel staff was friendly. The service was excellent. My food order was delivered quickly. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The water ran smoothly. Overall, it was good.

The staff is very friendly and kind, the breakfast menu is quite varied, the location is strategic, across from Kuta beach and in the beachwalk area, just a step from the mall, for those who bring vehicles, there is no need to worry about parking, the room is nice and comfortable, smart TV and there are games in the room, the room is clean, there is only a slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but otherwise it is good, the right choice to stay at Yello 👍🏻

In the morning, we were disturbed by calls and staff coming to our room to ask for an iron, which we never requested since checking in.

Check-in and check-out were fast. All the staff were friendly, and the hotel grounds were clean. The hotel's location is right next to Beachwalk, so staying here is highly recommended. 👍🏻

It's quite pricey for a small room, the bathroom is very small. The AC isn't cold. For 1800, there's no experience of the housekeeping department. I don't know if I'm just unlucky.
