The location is strategic and the area isn't crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are quite clean, and the hot water works. The AC also works. However, yesterday I got a room with peeling ceiling paint, which seems to have been leaking. Please be aware.

This is my third stay here. The rooms are clean, spacious, safe, and strategically located. I've been a regular every time I've been to Surabaya. It's simply fantastic.

Minuses: During the day, the water supply is very limited. Only in the morning and evening does it run smoothly. The AC is too noisy and doesn't perform very well due to its age. Every time I enter or exit the accommodation, I have to call the guard to open the gate. For me, who often comes back late, my mobility feels limited.

The staff is friendly. The guest house resembles an old house, comfortable. But unfortunately, the gate is always locked, probably for security reasons. The room is exactly like the picture. The AC is old but cold, the TV (in my room) doesn't work, the bed is very large but the pillow is thin, so I have to curl up to sleep. The bathroom is spacious, but the jet shower faucet is a bit leaky. I got a room that wasn't very clean, because when I first entered, there was a lot of hair on the floor. The lighting might also need to be upgraded, because it's dim, making it a bit hard to see when reading a book, and it's also a bit difficult to look in the mirror. But for such a cheap price, it's pretty good.

The room is very spacious, there is AC and water heater, outside the room there is also a drink dispenser and a mini kitchen but I don't know if it works or not, there is also a sofa to sit outside, the atmosphere of the room is old-fashioned but still aesthetic wkw, in the middle of the city, only minus the Indomaret and the food places are hard to pass if you walk, the hotel is friendly for big families, thank you for the service :)
