If you just stay for a few days, this hotel is okay. Seprei tidak pernah di cuci atau di ganti, kamar mandi kotor kamar tidak di bersihkan.

Tidak terawat dan sangat kotor.

Gajadi nginap di sini. Sprei dan sarung bantalnya kotor, ada bercak-bercak bekas cairan seperti mungkin darah, urin, atau cairan lainnya. Jorok kali.

Scam, udah pesan tapi dibilang travelokanya salah harga, disuruh refund ke traveloka terus bayar 200 rb buat buka kamar baru.

Saya sudah booking tetapi tidak check-in karena tidak adanya pemberitahuan sebelumnya bahwasanya pemesanan dibawa 100 harus cancel/refund lalu setibanya sampai di sana barulah ada pemberitahuan tersebut. Lalu untuk refund dipersulit terlalu banyak yang harus di hubungi, ketika dihubungi panggilan langsung diakhiri atau ditolak. So bad.

Pelayanan buruk, resepsionis jutek, kamar jorok, wc nya ada feses nya padahal udah ganti kamar yang baru tetapi masih sama aja. Saya ga tahan langsung minta co aja cari yang lain 👎🏻.

Ke depannya tolong di perhatikan lagi sarana dan prasarana nya tidak ada kebersihan seprei sarung bantal selimut semua kotor bekas bercak toilet kotor lumut dan air tidak ada.

Tidak ada air di kamar mandi, kamar mandinya juga tidak bersih.
