Good things: + Very spacious room + Large glass doors and balcony + Nice, cool surroundings and green room view + Very friendly and responsive staff What needs improvement: - No wardrobe/clothes hangers, so you have to put your clothes on the floor 🙂 (even though the room photo has a wardrobe) - No table for storing things - No refrigerator - No Android TV yet - The bed is very hard, it feels like sleeping on a board - There's only tissue in the toilet (toilet paper) - It's very noisy at 2 a.m. with dogs barking non-stop

The food doesn't match the price of the hotel and there is no variety, the food is just ordinary. The breakfast is a bit far from the accommodation.

If possible, maybe add a fan for the day because it's really hot and the AC doesn't go towards the bed so it's only cool in front of the AC. The rest is really good, but because it's glamping, it gets really hot if you come during the day.

This is my second time staying here and it's even more disappointing. The first time, many of the room's equipment was broken, such as the kettle. And this time it was even worse, we arrived at 12 midnight and the room's AC was broken. Even though we had booked well in advance and check-in wasn't that early, why wasn't there an initial check? So our family should have been able to rest immediately, but now we have to wait quite a while until the AC is fixed. I hope this place can check the rooms more carefully before guests arrive.

staying here was really fun, at night it was quiet and silent with the sound of crickets. It was perfect to get a glamping room in front of the swimming pool. Highly recommended to stay here! only the taste of the food & breakfast variety should be improved. overall was good!

The glamping room felt hot towards noon (past 9am) like a sauna. The AC could not cool the room. According to the staff, this was because the roof of the room was made of a layer of membrane. The roof of the room was like a tarpaulin, and because it was exposed to sunlight, the heat was felt to the point that even the mattress was hot. We originally wanted to just relax in the room, so we were forced to go out to the mall so we wouldn't get too hot.

Pelangi Park Hotel used to be a 2-star hotel which is currently (2024) managed by the 4-star Artotel Hotel Resort Oh yes, Artotel offers glamping... The best glamping rooms and more expensive prices because it's reasonable What I regret is that the glamping hotel and the regular room hotel (the lowest room) are separated into buildings like 2 different hotels, so if you want breakfast you have to take the car to another hotel (glamping) including a cafe and swimming pool I know how "cool" the Artotel concept is And I know Artotel is not a cheap hotel But this Pelangi Hotel is a hotel with an "old" concept if Artotel wants to take over Pelangi Park ... please change the nameplate of the Pelangi Hotel to Artotel and provide better room facilities and public facilities like a 4-star hotel. One of them is the local TV channel which is minimal

So we just found out that there’s 2 locations, the older Pelangi resort & the newer one with the glamping & everything else. We stayed at the older one different with where all the activities are situated at. Aside from the staff being quite helpful, I think being managed by ARTOTEL, a lot more could be done. During breakfast time, we do not have a choice for a la carte be it food or coffee, juices & more. Because the cafe opens at 13.00🥲 Considering there is not much options up there in the area. Maybe consider operating earlier. Even though the buffet is opened for additional breakfast, some people actually do prefer having breakfast in their rooms, especially if we have to drive up to the newer location. TV & connection should be renewed, maybe consider getting a SMART TV, a lot of cheap options like TCL brand could be purchased, especially knowing your channels are limited. We ordered room service for dinner. Limited options are okay however, flavor & portion could be upgraded. In summary, I’d understand if this property is satisfied with where it is located at(a beautiful area) but if you’d like to be recommended and recognized, do focus on the basic essentials customers usually look for, especially customer’s who can spend to come back for a quick getaway every now and then. From the most economic choice of rooms to the most premium one, smarter customers will remember your value. And maybe make sure to show with pictures how the 2 locations are seperate biar ngga PHP ya bund.

It seems like this is a new property taken over by Artotel. Overall it's fun..it's just that from morning to afternoon it's hot and the AC isn't really felt because the roof is made for glamping. The staff are all very nice..and the location is a bit inside the area so at night the street lights are off. Hopefully it will be cooler after this..
