This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel. From the outside, it doesn't look like a hotel, but the rooms are 4-star quality, and the staff are very friendly. Access to Blok M Plaza is just a short walk across the street. Likewise, to get to the Blok M MRT, you just need to slide down the street. And right in front of the hotel is the sate taichan street vendor area. There's a 24-hour KFC and Burger Bangor. I'll always want to return to this hotel when I'm in Jakarta.

I had a fantastic stay. Great location. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. Last but not least, they granted me a late check-out until 1 PM.

Blok M Mall Gultik Food is abundant

This is the best location in Blok M. Super spacious rooms. There is a kitchen set. The bathroom is very clean. Hot water is very good. Rat curry is scattered in front of the hotel.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, from before check in we were contacted about the approximate arrival time so that we could book a parking space. We booked a grand suite room but unfortunately the room was having problems, so we were given a suite room but got a free extra bed. The room is spacious, clean, bright. The location is really good, there are lots of places to eat and it's easy. Next time I will stay here again 😊

2nd time staying at Bulungan Home very comfortable feels like home, even though the location is on the side of the road but you can rest peacefully. everything is good, Wi-Fi, active water heater, cold AC, comfortable bed, clean toilet & bathroom. No complaints anyway

From the outside it doesn't look like a hotel because it's in the same building as Pizza Hut, but the rooms are very comfortable, very spacious, and clean. The location is very strategic, close to MRT, Blok M Plaza, and lots of food at night. The room door lock uses a password so you don't need to worry about losing your room key. If you need an iron and hairdryer, you can ask the receptionist directly. The time to clean the room is unlimited, we just asked for it to be cleaned around 2 pm, but it was still cleaned. Yesterday we arrived at around 1 o'clock, almost half past 2, and were allowed to check in early. When we first entered the room, the room was already cold. In short, I highly recommend it and I will probably go back there again if there is an event in Jakarta again 👍

Best hotel I've ever been! Super duper friendly staff. Even escorted to check in at 11 am because I arrived early. Check out was also allowed to be late because I was still taking care of this and that. Requested a vase and looked for it even though there wasn't one in the room. Really helpful. The room is very spacious and complete. Very close to Plaza Blok M and the Blok M MRT. At night, turn left when you exit the hotel and there are many people selling taichan. Will definitely come here again. Really recommended. Thank you very much!

Second time staying at Bulungan Home, but with a different room type. Alhamdulillah it is still according to expectations, the staff is also very friendly. It's just that this time the sound of other rooms can be heard in our room, and several times when I was in the room I could smell cigarettes, even though my husband doesn't smoke. But my family and I will still come back to stay at Bulungan Home.
