Room keys were all not working so we had to have someone let us in our room anytime we left. Staff was very friendly & we know it wasn’t their fault but very inconvenient for us

The food was pricey and the kitchen was out of a lot of listed menu items. Our server was wonderful, however! He was very polite and courteous, I wish I’d written his name down. Before checking in we waited in the area near the televisions and that area had dirty tables and the bathrooms were not very clean either. O expected so much more from a Hilton property!

When we arrive to our hotel, we were told that there were no available rooms, even though we had already paid for room in advance. We asked to speak to management at that time we were told that they could possibly find an alternative room for us. We waited for approximately 30 minutes, only to be told that there was still no availability. We insisted on waiting at that time the manager came and gave us two options. The first option was to take an alternate room which included a king bed and a pullout sofa which she referred to as a suite. The other option was to cancel our reservation and go to a different hotel for service. We chose option one because it was late in the evening only to find out when we arrive to our room that it was not the king suite we had been promised. It was one queen size bed, and the typical amenities that you find in an average hotel. Additionally, the key card was not working the entire weekend so we had to either leave our room door crack or have one of the staff members open our door for us every time we need to re-enter our room.

The hotel is fine, but we regret having booked through Expedia because the hotel didn't even give us a blanket to give our children extra. The abstraction of tubes was a great experience.

Great check in experience. The staff was so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. Bed was super comfortable and the AC was wonderfully cold on such a hot day. Would definitely stay there again.

When you check in at the hotel I was not aware that there were two hotels in the building. I was guided behind the front desk from the other hotel. Basically, the hotel was sharing space. Another mis-leading information were the resturant. I was to receive a free breakfast in the morning. Again, I was not informed that the left side of the hotel is a paid bteakfast, but the right side of the hotel (lobby area) was the free breakfast for the hilton garden in guest. Right after we finished breakfast I was given a bill. I told the waiter that I was a guest at Hilton garden inn. The waiter told me the free breakfast was at the other side off the lobby area. I was upset and brought this matter to the front desk. All the clerk said was ,"I'm sorry." She was unable to remedy my problem. Fyi: make sure when you check in to a hotel with two

This hotel is connected to a Home2 hotel so the common areas were very busy. The breakfast buffet was $19 person but was not worth it at all. Very unappealing, lacked variety of hot breakfast options and it did not help that the adjoining hotel offered free breakfast that was at least complimentary or better than the $19 breakfast we got. The hotel rooms were clean and cozy however, the common areas had stained rugs and dirty floors (dirt and spills) that didn't get addressed in a timely manner. The staff was helpful and polite. It was a busy time at the hotel which could expain the upkeep of the common areas.

The check-in experience was great. However, on the day of check-out, all three elevators were out of service, and there was no assistance available. I had to carry three heavy suitcases on my own, which made the departure quite challenging.

The hotel was quite busy during our stay causing a short delay in accessing our room. The entire facility was clean and pleasant. The staff, especially Destiney at FD and server in the home dining area were outstanding!! We will stay here again. The mattresses could use an upgrade but that’s not on the staff.

Misleading about breakfast, it is an additional $18 a person. Also parking charge (which was reasonable for area) Staff very friendly (shout out to Nick & Litsa in kitchen/food service) The hotel itself have very stinky/stained carpet which gave room a musty moldy smell. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean
