Room 1202 needs to be renovated before renting it out.

The room itself is quite clean and complete. However, the bathroom, especially the toilet, seems to give off an unpleasant odor... overall, it's okay.

Comfortable, clean, safe, facilities and infrastructure are quite supportive.

Many of the furniture in the room were damaged, neglected and lacked maintenance.

for that price the facilities are quite complete. just a shame there is a lot of dust hK is not very clean. in the cupboard the dust was thick when wiped with tksu ..... the check in process was easy and the aa who handled it was also friendly, ... overall ok maybe just lack of staff for the Cleanroom

The wifi password was not given. The bedcover looked like it had never been changed, there were white spots everywhere, the bathroom also had lots of puddles of water, it looked like the toilet was leaking, the window was also locked so it couldn't be opened tightly, the balcony door also had no lock

The TV won't turn on. The refrigerator won't cool. The AC won't cool. The mattress will be hard. The blanket will be dirty. The bathroom floor will be dirty. The water will smell. The balcony won't lock. There will be a tomcat in the room.

The staff is friendly, but I've stayed there twice and when I want to check in, I always have to wait for the staff and don't know where they are.
