Très bon service très belle accueil

This was by far the best DoubleTree by Hilton I've ever stayed at. A huge thank you to Safire and Ulas for their outstanding hospitality - they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From their warm welcome to accommodating my late check-out, everything was handled with such care. The next day, I enjoyed lunch downstairs - the fruit was incredibly fresh (maybe because everything in this country is organic!) and my sandwich with fries was absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Safire for the kind words and late check-out, and to Ulas for the room upgrade along with the complimentary drinks and snacks. Your service truly made my stay memorable. I'll definitely be coming back!

Good place to stay

Best place for shopping and lobby was clean quote and a great place to work

They charge 3500 tl which is almost 100$ for some chocolate and couple drinks, they already put them im the room refrigerator and they should be free as a guest property, they did robbery, didn’t tell we have to pay for it while we arrived at the front desk

güzel bir konumda, AVM içerisinde oluşunun avantajları var. Temiz, rahat, personel kibar. Odalar geniş sayılmaz, normal standartta.

Oda da ufak sorunlar olsa da çalışanların desteğiyle çözüldü. Banyo tesisatları problem yarattı biraz ancak genel olarak iyi bir konaklamaydı.

To overrated. Brand doesn’t deserve high price.

Hizmet tenizlik ilgi çok guzel sadece kapidan cok ses geliyor bu rahatsiz etti. Sanirim gorevli odasinin yanindaydi oda sebebi bu olabilir ama bu ses rahatsiz etti kapilarda yalitim oluyormu bilmiyorum ama dikkate alinmali bence.

The hotel service is very good, hotel is connected to a mall which is good, however the rooms and mattress needs renovation

The staff was very helpful and highly contributed to our pleasant stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Room was very clean. We recommend this hotel and have already booked it for our next stay.
