Friendly staff, very convenient location near the bus station. Nice room, chill bathtub, view of the whole city of Da Lat. The only problem is that the hotel lights are not turned on at night to make it sparkle, it's too dark😀

- No place to put trash in the room; - No refrigerator to store things; - Bed cleaning is not good, bed sheets and pillows are quite old and itchy; - Locking system has no latch inside; - Wifi is very bad, although I discussed with the receptionist; - Soundproofing is very bad, during the stay, there was a lot of noise from the repair but there was no notice or note from the hotel.

The hotel reception is nice and comfortable, the room allows early check-in, I booked 1 big and 1 small with windows, the big one has a musty smell, the bathroom is nice and beautifully designed. Breakfast is a buffet, not much but delicious and quite well-prepared, the hotel has many places to chill like on the balcony or in front of the hotel. Overall, it's ok

The room is small, no refrigerator The door is broken and can't be locked, so I have to use a chair to block it inside The bathroom is old and smelly The towels are old and torn The lights are really dark The glass door is dirty Although I booked the room for nearly 2 million/night, it was very bad
