The AC wasn't cold even though I had reported it to the admin, but when I arrived, they just set it up randomly, and the air from the AC was really low. There were also small cockroaches in the room. In my opinion, the mattress is very inadequate. Please replace it or at least clean it because I'm quite itchy. The bathroom is still okay, but it's quite small. Sorry, I regret staying here even though it's cheap, please fix it soon.

Suitable for transit sleep only, not enough for long stay. Thank God I got a clean room unlike other reviews, the mattress sank and the pillows smelled. Suggestion is to bring another mat to sleep or you can use a sarong.

Agak kecewa sih pas dapet harga mahal tapi ternyata fasilitasnya kurang bagus, kasurnya ada tungau jadinya gatel gatel, aliran air di kamar mandi agak mampet jadinya malah banjir.

Untuk ruangan rapih dapur pun rapih, tapi pas liat kamar mandi ada kecoa dan di kamar pun ada kecoa. Mohon diperbaiki kembali.

Kamar tidak nyaman tidak sesuai dengan aplikasi dimana AC tidak dingin, kamar bau, tempat tidur lembab, ruangan berdebu dan handuk tidak ada sehingga saya hanya 1 malam saja di saja karena mau pindah ke tempat lain sudah tidak ada pilihan.

This apartment has a very strategic location. Just an ordinary room. Apartment parking costs if you bring a vehicle during your stay are borne personally. The bed and bathroom seem to lack maintenance. And comfort during your stay. Suddenly at 1 pm someone knocked on the door and asked if he could charge his cellphone. Very disturbing and very upsetting. Very deep concern.

It's not recommended, like a boarding house, the AC doesn't have air, the room is really hot, there's no bath soap, even drinking water and towels have to be asked for before being given it.

Dirty mattress. I ended up buying mattress pads and blankets. Dirty room. Worst of all, there are bed bugs that suck blood (mites).

Sangat menyenangkan, walaupun Bandung ternyata macet, untungnya ada mall di depan apartemen, dapet kamar yang nyaman banget, wangi, bersih, disediakan amenities, view menghadap kota Bandung, recommended banget, pelayanan nya oke punya. Semoga dapet kerjaan lagi d Bandung nanti nginep di sini lagi.

First experience in Bandung, recommended by friends to stay here, service is okay, not too difficult to find, get a good room, can cook, so it's more economical, cleanliness is okay, strategic location, next time you go to Bandung again, definitely stay here again. Close to the mall so you don't have to go far, just walk.

Actually the room was pretty good, then when I checked in it happened to be the weekend so the price was a bit expensive. It's a shame the mattress isn't really there, it's like it's about to sink into it. Even though at that price you should at least give a decent mattress. But for the others, it's still okay, the only problem is the mattress, please replace it, sis.

Very disappointed staying at the suite apartment Bandung. First I got a mattress that wasn't fit for use and it sank. The room and bathroom were dirty on the 20th floor and I got a room next to the garbage disposal room so the smell stung into the room. Finally I complained and thank God I was able to change rooms. At least it's much better than the previous room even though the mattress still sank on the 3rd floor. In my opinion the cleanliness of the apartment suites needs to be improved. For service, it's pretty good because I can change rooms. Please provide good facilities for guests.

The air conditioner was not cold enough, the mattress and bed cover were rather dirty, the sink was broken, I was also given Tower E which had a power outage 😭.
