Everything is fine just booked a higher priced room than the actual room received upon check-in.

Mọi thứ đều ổn chỉ là đặt hạng phòng giá cao hơn phòng thực nhận khi check-in.

I had to wait 20 minutes because they couldn't find the room I booked, in the end they still couldn't find it so they took a room equivalent to the price I paid. Normally I'm fine and satisfied when I come here but 14/2 was terrible


Tôi phải chờ 20p vì họ k tìm dc phòng tôi đã đặt, cuối cùng họ vẫn k tìm dc nên đã lấy 1 phòng tương đương với giá tôi đã thanh toán.  Bình thường tôi rất ổn và hài lòng khi đến đây nhưng hôm 14/2 quả là tồi tệ


khách sạn trang bị cũng đầy đủ nhưng chả sử dụng được gì, cần tắm nước nóng thì hỏng, gọi mãi không thấy nhân viên lên sửa. Cần xem tivi thì tivi quá mờ.
