Room is good. Shower hot/cold water doesn't have any problem and the AC too. Hotel staff plus security are all polite and friendly. Thanks to Mr. Asep, a very nice man at the reception, for buying me cigarettes as there is no nearby supermarket.

Highly recommended to stay, staff are friendly and nice

On the 5th floor, there are lots of small cockroaches in the room. Even though it looks clean, there are lots of cockroaches roaming around. Please try to exterminate them.

Minus the room is not soundproof, so you can hear the sound of vehicles and trains. The hallway can also be heard if someone passes by.

There are often unknown people knocking on the door and opening the door carelessly.

The location is close to various modes of transportation, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is too noisy with the sound of people working until late at night so it's uncomfortable

Clean room, quite nice. Too few TV channels.

All is well. From check in to check out is easy. Ordering room service food is also easy + fast

I've stayed at Azka several times, so far so good. Only the last time yesterday I wanted to order food, it was closed because there was an event & there were small cockroaches in the bathroom, the rest is OK

The staff is friendly, the room is so cold that I have a cold 😭. The hot water works well. However, the floor of the room is not very clean.

For the low budget category, Azka Hotel is quite good and nice.

Overall good, but if you want to find a good view, don't take the 2nd floor, just look at the people's roof tiles
