The building seems old and quiet. When I stayed last night, there were no other guests besides me. It was quiet and there were strange noises. At night, no one was cleaning the bathroom until around 2:00. It wasn't comfortable. That was on the first floor, what about the third floor? As soon as I entered the hotel, it felt different.

There's no toothbrush, the bed makes a noise when you move, so it feels like someone's doing something even though they're just sleeping, and the TV has no sound, and there's no smart TV or Google TV, and the TV is also broken. Everything else is great, and the staff are very friendly.

The Wi-Fi didn't work, the TV didn't work, there were no tissues in the room, and when I asked for them, they only gave me a few, which was odd. There were so many mosquitoes in the room that I couldn't sleep. It's strange when a hotel is full of mosquitoes, the bathroom is full of cockroaches, the bathroom drain is clogged so you have to open the drain to use the bathroom, and sometimes there's no water when you shower... This is the first time I've been this disappointed in a hotel. I've complained to the security guard, but no action has been taken.

The most impressive thing here is the front office staff member, Mr. Faiz, who is exceptional at fulfilling various guest requests. He will do his best to fulfill them, even though he works odd jobs. The second most impressive thing is the delicious fried rice for breakfast, with simple yet delicious seasonings. The mattress is also quite good, and doesn't cause back pain. What needs improvement is the cleanliness of the bathroom area. There's no receipt for using an extra bed, which makes it a hassle for office use.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is comfortable and very complete with facilities. Maybe the breakfast menu could be more varied. For your input, the rest is very good and comfortable.

I have stayed at Dewiza 3 times. The first and second time there was no deposit, for the 3rd time there had to be a deposit.
