The hotel has parking, clean rooms, very enthusiastic staff. I have stayed here twice and am very satisfied.

Clean hotel, spacious rooms. Has parking space. Very convenient for those who drive their own car.

too bad service. motorbike rental is more expensive than gas motorbike, motorbike has no gas, no support to pick up and return motorbike as promised... too bad. customer arrives at hotel to return motorbike... have to take Grab home by themselves. no decent explanation.

The room is cheap, so don't have high expectations. The wooden furniture is beautiful, but not very high-class (for example, the slippers available in the room look like a pair of shabby slippers from the market without the hotel logo), the curtains in the bathroom are not good. I pulled it out and the nail came loose. In the morning, there was a bit of noise and I could hear sounds coming from the hallway, which was a bit uncomfortable. The hot water faucet couldn't be adjusted to be hot, but it was extremely hot and burned my skin.

New hotel, clean, modern, spacious rooms, with underground parking. Near the hotel there is a place to rent motorbikes which is quite convenient. There are also many restaurants in the surrounding area, Xuan Huong Lake is also close, the market is a bit far, about 1km.

The room corresponds to what is described on the website - cleanliness is above average. Recommended for a short visit because the location is very strategic but not too busy.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Convenient location, easy to move. However, the hotel receptionist should pay more attention and care to the guests. My wife and I came from around 11am, sent our luggage and went to have lunch (the receptionist said there was no room and will try to arrange a room for me). At about 12:15 I came back, reminding you that you have a room to report to me. While the receptionist found me waiting for a long time, a lot of people were allowed to check in before 13:00, only my husband and I left, but when I asked about 13:30, you asked for my name again to check and do the procedure for me. check in (I think the room was available about 30 minutes before). Everything would be better without this first impression.
