The location is strategic.....comfortable

The hotel is comfortable, there is an Alfamart downstairs where you can buy snacks, if you are hungry, just go next door to Pagi Sore, if you want coffee, just go to the 2nd floor.

I was stayed at the hotel for one night, and found the cleanliness of bathroom very bad, totally dirty, the bathroom very much Stinky smell strong of urine, then I got another room for change and the bathroom little bit better but the drainase in the shower didn't work good well, the water doesn't flow well. I am afraid to take a shower because you never know the bacteria in there. I don't want to sit in the toilet closet due to afraid of the hygienist of the closet. Very disappointed to know that the hotel didn't give attention to the cleanliness and hygienist as priority which is very important in hotel service and business. It also the towel smell dirty and bedsheet also looks dirty.

This hotel isn't ideal for resting, especially if you're participating in a running event. It's very noisy and not soundproof. At night, every passing motorcycle could be heard clearly, as if sleeping on the street. Even after running, while waiting for checkout, you could still hear the noise. Apparently, there are many similar reviews on Google Maps. For a relatively cheap price of 400,000 Rupiah, I wouldn't complain about dirty sheets, pillows, no toothpaste, cockroaches, etc.

Strategic place, very clean room

It was good. Great if you have any events near ICE BSD. They didn't overcomplicate our check-in and check-out process, and offered to clean our room on the 2nd day. Maybe I missed the info, but I was caught off guard when they say toothbrushes were sold separately 🤣. Make sure to prepare 100k rupiah in cash for deposit!

The hotel staff is friendly, unfortunately the bathroom door I got was a bit loose and the lock was broken so sometimes it would open by itself, in terms of the mattress it was quite comfortable, but some parts were dusty... it wasn't really a problem and it was good that there was free water refill, it's a good recommendation for those staying near ICE BSD too

The room is clean, there is an Alfamart (in the same building as the hotel), and there is a cafe. So far, the room and staff are comfortable.

Okay, it's quite comfortable, this is the second time I've stayed here and there haven't been any problems, it's strategic and close to places to eat.

This is my second stay here and I'll continue to recommend it. Hopefully, the service and cleanliness will remain excellent.

Location is close to ICE BSD and easy to find food

Happy to stay in this simple hotel, clean, and strategic location for the one who exhibit in ICE. However, I suggest to: change the towel into the newer one/whiter and looks cleaner, what we have at that time was I think not good anymore. And I suggest to clean the shower head of each room, so the water pressure also better and comfortable. Besides, I feel the friendliness, and the cleanliness is fine. Soundproof was ok for me. and this is the 2nd year I am staying there while exhibition in ICE BSD. I want Starlet hotel to be better in the future. Thank you and all the best !
