The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and overall I was very satisfied with the service.

It's a shame that access to the hotel is in a corner position, a bit far if you go off the main road.

The hotel is easy to find with Google Maps even though it is in a housing complex. The staff is friendly, the smart TV has Netflix, the room is clean, there is a dispenser, but the AC is not that cold, maybe it needs to be replaced. Hehehhe.. everything else is highly recommended.

The rooms and rooftop are attractive. I booked 10 rooms in October 2025 to attend a wedding reception.

The first day I saw the sound of a metal cutter in front of my room. And the second day, I didn't know if my room was being drilled or not. There were guests. The hotel didn't even confirm. If it was being repaired, why did the guests go to that room? Why not another room? It was really uncomfortable. I came there for comfort.

So… I got lost (blame the GMaps) and fortunately some aunties in the neighborhood helped me contact the hotel, and the staff came to pick me up! And it’s 10 in the evening

Highly recommended. The price is also affordable. It's very comfortable, and the interior is beautiful, making you feel at home. I'll definitely stay here next time I go to Bekasi.

Honestly disappointed, booked 7 rooms, only 2 met the request, the rest were duds! The reason the hotel was full? But I booked a week before. Be prepared! Regretful. The lobby AC was turned off when I arrived hot, the receptionist said "it was cold earlier so it was turned off" hellooooo is the AC only for you?
