The egg/omelet stand was unattended. After waiting for half an hour, we finally asked the waiter to speak to the chef. If they're not serious, the egg stand should be discontinued altogether. This, coupled with the waiter's plate-breaking behavior, ruined the morning mood.

I cried so much because the hotel staff trivialized the thawing of my 25 bags of breast milk that were supposed to be souvenirs for my baby, but they had to be thrown away. I was in Palembang for 3 nights for work and I only stayed one night here because it was close to the airport, but how disappointed I was when I left my frozen breast milk from the previous hotel, it was ruined by this hotel overnight, and the staff didn't even apologize. The hotel is very un-breastfeeding friendly, I was really disappointed.
