Overall it's good, clean and comfortable, but not friendly for those who want to pray in the room because the room is too narrow so it's difficult if you want to pray, you have to go down to the hotel first near the parking lot, then you happen to get a dirty, dusty window and one part of the curtain is stuck so it's difficult to close, so if you want to change clothes or pants, you have to go in the bathroom

There was a miscommunication with CS. I ordered 3 rooms and only 1 was ready. I had to wait first. But the hotel's response was good..good job

Overall very good. Friendly staff, clean, close access to the city and toll road, fast and cheap laundry, the food is also delicious. It's just a shame that the variety of food menu is very limited, even though I've stayed here before and the menu variations are very many and all delicious, my favorite is the chicken salad. Apart from that, it is recommended to stay here.

The hotel is clean, there is a relaxing area on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view of Mount Merbabu, the service is friendly and the location is on the side of the road, easy to find, the food is delicious in my opinion, especially the black spiced beef and the price of the food is very friendly.
