It was a very pleasant stay here, the staff were all very friendly, I requested to bring fruit for breakfast because I only brought a small child and was leaving him in the room, and the staff allowed it, usually in other hotels they don't give it, thank you, hopefully I can stay here again.

First time staying at Bukit Tinggi, this is a hotel that is easy to reach because it is located on the roadside, and for all the services and rooms, it is okay. Everything that is good, hopefully, will be maintained and improved. What a good experience in here. Oh and one more note; do not book a room through Gmaps, because the number listed on Gmaps is a fraud number. Have a good day! ^^

yesterday I got a dirty sheet, there were stains, then for the bathroom the shower was too close to the sink, it was difficult to take a shower Atmosphere/Facilities: For the atmosphere it is also nice and comfortable Food: the food is quite good even though there are not many choices Staff Assistance: helpful Price: for the price it is worth it, not too expensive and not too cheap Location: the location is not that close to the clock tower, about 10 minutes to get to the clock tower by car

Hotel staff is friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel area is maintained, from the parking area, lobby, bedrooms and toilets to the breakfast location. Especially the hotel breakfast, namely Fried Rice, Tempeh, Fried Chicken, is very delicious. Will stay again if I go to Bukittinggi. Thank You.
