The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful, the hotel is clean, the bathroom and toilet are shared but very clean and fragrant. The only downside is the fellow guests, the person below my room was still noisy even though it was quiet hours 🥲 but luckily he went out at 11 pm so he didn't disturb my sleep

suitable for those who have an event at BCC around the megamall, the price is pocket-friendly, the place is comfortable enough to lie down.. can access directly to the mall but when I was working on something so I had to go downstairs first..

First time staying at bobobox bekasi because I wanted to play vacation there, given a positive atmosphere, starting from all the staff who are friendly, kind, informative. The cleanliness of the room that every guest checks out is immediately replaced and cleaned (this is the coolest), the bathroom is clean and tidy, there is a prayer room, easy access.
