Good experience to enjoy our weekend last week. I got a spacious delux room and the most amazing thing for me was that right in the toilet room, prayer equipment including mukenah, prayer mats and sarongs was provided. While staying at other hotels/resorts, it seems like they don't provide prayer equipment in the rooms. The breakfast menu is also extensive and delicious. But it's a shame for the restaurant, the suggestion is that those on the sofa bed should have a minimum charge, because there are those who only order drinks but they stay there for so long that those of us who are staying can't enjoy it on the sofa bed even though we intend to enjoy the food and drinks while looking at it. sunset.

The story of this hotel is quite funny, so I ate breakfast because my relative joined me at my table when I checked out I was charged a bill until they called the restaurant staff, and the worst thing is they said I was eating, even though I took food for my children and husband and I never ate breakfast let alone rice, I felt like a food thief and moreover the receptionist said that this was a misunderstanding because it was not omg from the beginning, I don't know what the hotel concept management is but what is clear is they said bills from the beginning the concept of a restaurant is that if 2 people eat, children are not allowed or whatever 😐 and the worst thing is the beach is dirty, there is no privacy, everyone can enter the area, believe it or not like a shadow resort, the last word after I was embarrassed I paid 200 thousand, God forbid I eat halal food, why don't I eat usury like that and I swear there are no friendly staff there, no wonder the grade is only 2 stars so the photos there do not match our holiday expectations. It's called the breakfast concept, if you want to add bills, you have to say it and the hotel, whatever its standard, will definitely say it by registering and paying at the restaurant, so the receptionist doesn't have anything to do with the restaurant bill, thank you for making me feel lazy to go to Sono again, but the Sekuro Hotel is really good, it's fair, the value of the food, the staff are good, who knows what manners there are guests saying during the morning, afternoon, evening and night, I think the place is okay, why only 2 stars, because there are staff like that and with that concept.

Untuk tempatnya oke, tapi ada beberapa kekurangan yang mungkin bisa diperbaiki. 1. Makanan, hotelnya bukan tipe hotel murah setidaknya rasa makanannya enak sekalipun ga banyak variasinya. Tp realitanya rasa & varian menu saya kecewa sekelas hotel murah. 2. Fasilitas hotel yang “BERBAYAR”. Saya rasa bayar hotel jutaan sudah include semua fasilitas ataupun makanan di kamar, ternyata tidak. Dan parahnya tidak ada announce di dekat makanan yang ditawarkan di kamar.

Pokoknya nyaman banget lah, pegawainya ramah.

Sudah beberapa kali menginap di sini, dan selalu puas dengan pelayanan nya.

Hotelnya keren pelayanan bagus hanya saja security tidak ada empatinya di saat saya membawa banyak barang dan ada anak kecil bersama saya di parkiran setelah cekout security tidak membantu sama sekali mungkin karena saya mengendarai motor, sedangkan yang naik mobil di bantu, masukan dari saya tolong jangan ada kesenjangan seperti itu padahal semua pelayanan hotel fasilitas kamar bagus semua loh.

Hotel sangat memuaskan. Pelayanan baik dan ramah. Dekat dengan pantai dan seperti suasana di Bali. Terima kasih.
