The hotel staff is very friendly and comfortable

After staying and transiting here for so long, I just found out the room wasn't ready. The floor was dirty, as if it hadn't been swept, and I found cockroaches in bathroom 1 and behind the cupboard 1. But overall, everything was okay, and I would definitely come back.

Check-in was comfortable, and the room matched the photos. However, the bathroom drainage system was inaccurate, resulting in water pooling in the shower area.

Bathroom shower hot water does not function properly

Everything is ok, the only drawback is the bathroom, the first time the water comes out it smells, then it doesn't, then the shower doesn't work at first, then at night it works again, I don't know if it's an error or what, and the shower is very dirty

the bathroom shower is full of rust, even the faucet is rusty, the jet shower is rusty, please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom facilities because if there is a rusty tool, it is the same as not sterile (not clean), this is the first time I have found a hotel with badly rusty bathroom equipment. the water comes out a little or even does not come out when taking a shower in the morning at 6 am and above, it is very unfortunate that I ended up taking a shower using the jet shower (even though the water is small), I didn't have time to complain because I was chasing time with other events. there are wet spots on the mattress that are not clear what they are, it was only seen because it was covered by a blanket. Please pay attention to cleanliness once again so that other people are not disgusted to stay there again, it's a shame even though the location of the hotel is strategic and the other room facilities are quite good. got information that the original price of this hotel is in the range of 100, but yesterday I got a holiday price for Eid so I got a price of 300. If the price goes up, they must also guarantee that the quality of all room and hotel facilities is more qualified and clean so that other people are satisfied staying here and can return to this hotel to stay when they go to Semarang. Hopefully this kind of experience doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank you.

Overall 7/10. It's enough just for resting. The wallpaper is peeling. There's a water leak in the bathroom. Otherwise it's ok.
