The hotel staff were all friendly, from the receptionist to the restaurant staff at breakfast. I was especially helpful with a staff member named Ahmad Taufik at breakfast... Thank you...

for the room there is no problem, the room is spacious, comfortable, clean, as I requested. But a bit disappointed when checking in, booking 2 rooms From 2 weeks before, when checking in at 14.00 the room was not all ready, but because the hotel policy said check in at 15.00 so I waited. but until 15.00 through the new room was ready 1, the other one was ready at 19.00 more. What was more disturbing was when at 1 am I got a call from the receptionist there was someone who claimed that I left my room key, even though I didn't know them at all And didn't leave the key. Not long after there were 2 men going upstairs And knocking on my room door, I don't know them, please improve security & privacy more.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to have one of your rooms significantly delayed beyond the promised check-in time, despite your advance booking.
More importantly, we are deeply concerned about the privacy and security issue you experienced. Receiving a call at 1 a.m. and being approached by strangers at your door is completely unacceptable and not in line with the standards we aim to uphold. Please be assured that we take this matter very seriously. We are conducting an internal review to understand what went wrong and will be implementing stricter security and front desk protocols to ensure such incidents do not happen again.

The room is comfortable, as is the bathroom. The security is friendly. Unfortunately, the receptionist is less welcoming and unfriendly. The food is also varied and delicious. Oh yes, the elevator is also good and elderly friendly. Maintain its cleanliness. The only thing missing is the extra bed is old.

I've stayed here many times and it's always been a great experience. Even small requests are met, and it's also very close to Lipo Mall, which used to be Semanggi, just past the back. On Sunday mornings, you can go to CFD and take the kids to try the MRT. The soundproofing in the hallways is top-notch. Breakfast is like a festival of delicious and varied food. The only downside is that the elevator is quite far from the pool, so after swimming, you'll get winded.
