I love staying here, to refresh my mind, or to heal with the kids, it's also very comfortable, basically I really like it, and I like to recommend to my friends that this hotel is good and comfortable.

We stayed for 8 nights, and from the first night there were already some issues with the air conditioning, bathroom, and windows. We asked for other room but didn't get it. The hotel staffs tried to fix the issues over the next days and we did get workarounds, but it would have been nicer to get instant solution by moving to another room (provided the issues are only in that room and not a general issue).

I was skeptical at first, but the room turned out to be clean and fragrant. However, the bathroom looked dated and was starting to get a lot of grime. And it turns out there's no kitchen set in the deluxe family room. But overall, it's worth the price! It's a great hotel for a family transit trip.

Not as ordered, even though we upgraded to a family room without any additional charges because we were only staying with two people, so the TV was far away. The soundproofing was poor, so you could hear from outside. Otherwise, it was satisfactory because it was located in the city center. Highest appreciation for the food, especially the fried rice. Unfortunately, the options included in the room are limited.
